Various resources for CruiseControl on X250 Ducato

These are various documents and links which I have collected during my van build (www.djsmiley.com for retrofitting my cruisecontrol.
Note: This is a mix of documents and doesn't apply to a specific model. In my experience, there is no need to enable it in the ECU on the first generation X250 (2006-2010), later ones do, but I don't know exactly when that has changed
